- Introduce viruses, malware, ransomware, or other harmful code that may disrupt or harm Dishio’s services, users, or systems.
- Conduct phishing, hacking, or other malicious activities.
Content Restrictions
- Upload, share, or display content that is illegal, defamatory, obscene, hateful, harassing, or promotes violence.
- Distribute content that incites discrimination, abuse, or threats against individuals or groups.
Service Disruption
- Interfere with or disrupt Dishio’s services, networks, servers, or operations.
- Attempt to overload or place undue burdens on Dishio’s infrastructure (e.g., via denial-of-service attacks).
Impersonation and Misrepresentation
- Impersonate another person, organization, or entity.
- Misrepresent your affiliation with any business, service, or individual.
Platform and Data Integrity
To maintain the integrity of Dishio’s platform, you agree not to:
- Manipulate Data: Alter or tamper with data in a way that misrepresents results, reports, or analytics.
- Automate Access: Use bots, scripts, or automated tools to access, scrape, or extract data from Dishio without permission.
- Reverse Engineer: Attempt to reverse engineer or decompile Dishio’s software, services, or platform.
Account and Security Responsibilities
- Keep Credentials Secure: Protect your login credentials and do not share them with unauthorized users.
- Report Unauthorized Access: Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
- Maintain Accurate Information: Ensure that your account information is accurate and up-to-date.
Children
By using Dishio’s services, you represent and warrant that you are at least eighteen (18) years old.
Dishio complies with the
Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and other applicable laws protecting minors’ privacy. Dishio’s services, software, and platform are not intended for use by individuals under the age of eighteen (18). We do not knowingly collect or process personal data from anyone under this age. If we discover that we have collected data from a minor, we will take appropriate steps to delete such information promptly.
